attentive staff good availability poorly maintained room basic amenities
The staff was very attentive. I appreciated the good availability of carts.
I found the room to be poorly maintained. It felt dark and dingy with a lack of basic amenities. The washroom did not feel sanitary.

Very nice Experience!
spacious room fast service delicious breakfast
I loved my spacious Oceanfront View Guest Room 1 King, it had a great view. Buggy service was fast! Breakfast was delicious. The eating area overlooked the ocean, and the surrounding greenery was well maintained.

unique vibe delicious buffet
I found three pools, each provided a unique vibe. I could choose between a relaxing, vibrant, or more private atmosphere. The morning buffet was delicious (i really enjoyed the variety of options!). It was also nice to order coffee and eggs exactly how i wanted them.
